SB4U Academy Team Training

It is a part of player development model for SB4U Academy Teams to train at least twice per week. In addition, there is a Strength & Conditioning training applied to improve the following: Agility, Speed and Coordination.

Player Responsibilities

  • Attend practices and games regularly, and arrive on time
  • Bring all the proper equipment to each session
  • Inform the coach in advance if you are going to miss a session
  • Challenge yourself at each session so you improve as a player
  • Respect your coach, your teammates, yourself and the game of soccer
  • Be supportive of your teammates at all times
  • Enjoy the game and have fun !!!

NOTE:

Each player must bring both indoor and outdoor shoes at all times.
