SB4U Academy Team Training
It is a part of player development model for SB4U Academy Teams to train at least twice per week. In addition, there is a Strength & Conditioning training applied to improve the following: Agility, Speed and Coordination.
- Attend practices and games regularly, and arrive on time
- Bring all the proper equipment to each session
- Inform the coach in advance if you are going to miss a session
- Challenge yourself at each session so you improve as a player
- Respect your coach, your teammates, yourself and the game of soccer
- Be supportive of your teammates at all times
- Enjoy the game and have fun !!!
